For the first new update, the speech piece list will be available under the information button back on the homepage w00t! And i'll be putting up the current LD and PF debate topics. The new officer list isn't in all fancy font yet because I needed something up and quickly, that'll change soon.

Hello, it's Mo.
Excited for Saturday yet?! Because you should be!!
--- Be at the school by 7:30 Saturday morning if you are a runner (aka ALL TENTH GRADERS) or 8am if you are anyone else.
--- We need baked deliciousness! Bring 1 (or 2 if you want Phil's love) dozen goodies with you Saturday and drop them off in the kitchen. We also need MONEYS so we can buy pizza and subs and other good things- bring cash (any amount - checks made out to RHS Forensics Boosters if you have no cash) and drop it off at the kitchen as well.
--- Concerned with what to wear to the tournament? Well, fortunately for you, we've already picked it out, so no worries. You must show up wearing your super stylish team paraphernalia. This year's sweatshirts and t-shirts are best, but if you didn't buy any (because you're not fashion forward) please please please wear last years stuff. If you have the team stuff from last year and you bought new stuff this year, please bring in last year's stuff with you on Friday for those new youngins who didn't get anything and have nothing to wear. If you have no forensics team clothes, email Phil (subject: Saturday Clothes)
--- Job assignments, job descriptions, and parents judge list are in the attached file. Check it out and make sure everything is right. If your parents are judging and they're not on there, let Rohan know (rohan.kingcube.gmail.com) If there's a problem with your job let me know.
--- Be awesome, show up to the meeting tomorrow.
Oh, and ask Mr. Bond to share his pringles with you. Perhaps he will.

Hey all,

The following info deals with only those team members who think they MIGHT be doing the Spring Musical this year. If you know for sure that you won't be trying out for the Spring Musical, you don't need to read this e-mail.

In her e-mail, Mo alluded to an upcoming meeting for those who are interested in competing at Districts and participating in the Spring Musical. It is absolutely vital that you attend this meeting which is taking place @ 2:15 sharp in the choir room on Wednesday, Oct. 24. (you can come to workshops after the meeting.)

The fact of the matter is that Districts and the Musical take place on the same weekend. This conflict has serious implications for any affected team members. Remember that one of the requirements to go to Harvard is attendance at Districts. As of right now, that means that if you pick the Musical over Districts, you won't be going to Harvard. I know that this is a serious consequence, and let me reassure you that I am not happy with announcing it. Mr. Bond and Mr. Aulenbach struggled to accommodate both activities, but no compromise in dates could be reached.

Before you send me angry hate mail, let me say one thing. Mr. Bond and I both don't want to force people to pick one thing over the other. As such, we are actively looking for ways to help people do both activities. So far, we haven't found a solution. If you can think of a solution that accommodates both events, please let Mr. Bond and me know ASAP.

I advise anyone who has even the tiniest inkling of being in the Musical to attend the meeting on Wednesday. Mr. Bond will be there to further explain the situation.

If you have any questions, Mr. Bond is the best person to contact. Please remember that we want to accommodate everyone and we are willing to work with you to achieve a mutually beneficial result.

Remember-- 2:15 sharp in the choir room on Wednesday, Oct. 24

Don't forget about going to workshops afterwards.
